2019 Timetable

Generally our term runs for 9 weeks and we hold a dress rehearsal and concert in the final week of the term.

Classes do not run during the school holidays, however we often run holiday programmes or workshops..

Classes require a minimum number of registered students to run.  Where a class doesn’t run due to insufficient numbers we may be able to transfer remaining students to another crew of a similar skill and age level, however this may not always be possible.  Students from cancelled classes will be contacted to discuss options as soon as it becomes apparent that there are not enough participants – at the latest, this will be after the first class of the term is run.

Students must not assign themselves to classes/crews and may be asked to transfer to a different class/crew if Zion teaching staff determine that the skill fit is not correct for their initially assigned class/crew.  In this circumstance, options will be discussed with the student.

On occasion, crews will be put together or have additional dancers added for public performances.  Additional practices will be added for these events as appropriate and students will need to commit to these practices if they accept a role in a performance crew.
